But I thought it was common knowledge Poppy hits like a truck and doesn't die cause lolpassive/ult. In fact whenever I play her I go 1/29/0 masteries so that I can not die even more.

Hmmmm... They really haven't touched Poppy at all except for bug fixes. Biggest thing they did was Lower Q's damage and make her mana costs better. Other than that, untouched.

Xin needs a nerf. Nothing too huge, he is just ridiculous in his current state.

When nerfing champions, they get nerfed too much. When buffing champions, they get buffed too much. RIOT GAMES.
