only go wota if you have a few people who would benefit from it

i would go gunblade over wota so you can utilize the ad and lifesteal while your cooldowns are up, AND you get another slow which pisses people off to no end tldr; nunu is a fucking troll

surge and promote are really good in dominion you can defend and dive turrets so well, and minions are more useful than people think, since they cap points (or make progress doing so)
