PFE's last hitting animation seems better than normal Ezreal though. Good if you're competitive with the game.

There are no situational item when it comes to damage on AD carries. You get greaves, IE, bloodthirster, PD and last whisper (no particular order). Or Trinity force on Ez or Corki if you like it more, but that's it. Unless you want to deal less damage, do not get manamune

Ha so I got Viktor and I love him, way more unique and cool that the other mages. However, I struggle to understand what Riot was thinking with his design. They either need to shorten the CD on his ult (since it's worse than rumble's in almost every conceivable way at twice the CD) or make level 2 upgrades for his augments for lategame. 45 AP is great midgame but lategame if one slot is taken up by an item that does nothing but give 45 AP, that's a huge disadvantage.

Hit 30 two or three days ago, and I have to say, its just weird. People other than me actually play support? Even blind pick is more civil and people try to compile a decent team. What is this. I haven't touched ranked yet because I don't believe I'm skilled enough to really be a benefit to any team, so I'm trying to perfect my supports so I can be one.

You also have to remember that 54 of that 100 AP is from his passive 3 Ap per level, NOT really the item. Technically it is from the Augment but if you include the AP/level gain as part of the item then you have to accept that he literally does not have a passive. I fucking love this guy (too scared to take him into real games just yet) but it's pretty evident that Viktor has some core design problems.

black cleaver is better in terms of dps than LW on IE + PD build up to (i forgot exactly) 130-150 armor and it's even better on vayne because of the silver bolts procs, etc., but LW is better if you won't be able to autoattack a target more than 2 times, and instead you're forced to focus a tanky guy while running for your life So basically TBC is better if you go balls deep [editline]30th June 2012[/editline] but on non-ad carries which autoattack a lot (udyr and others) black cleaver is mostly better since you can stick onto a target, and TBC offers the highest damage as a standalone item out of all the items in the game (up to 70-100 armor)
