No, it's why they start picking and banning more aggressively during Champion Selection. They used to not give a shit what anyone else did or played against them, but then Dreamhack happened, and they also lost a few other matches against far less capable teams because they got countered hard during laning either against their champion or against their composition.

I just tried nunu top to see what was so broken about him
it turns out what's broken with him is [I]absolutely everything[/I], this is hilarious and the enemy has no way to stop your constant snowballs since even if they attempt at poking you, you have so much armour + consume that it really just does not matter, I kept getting randomly lagged out so I never got the chance to ult in 5 people but I got a good brush-ult once and it instantly killed their kassadin

It is apparently the Jungler's fault for lanes over-extending and not buying wards. Interesting.

His lane is great, but he's pretty much useless late game.

He's pretty devastating to an ad carry if you can get your snowball on them, that + his ult + bloodboil makes such a massive difference between the two ad carrys attack speed that most fights become an autowin
edit: but that's how nunu always is and I assume its why frozen heart is core in the nunu top build (along with the tons of mana and cdr it gives you)

on a Swain note I played Swain today and my team went 4v5, lost every lane, 2/5 irelia top v olaf at 10 mins, I win mid and can 1v3 easily

TSM barely took any turrets in all 3 of the games

trinity force on draven, he utilises everything but the 30 AP on it and he can proc sheen and phage all the time with his steroid
why cant normal games be as easy as bot games :(

I would be in favor of a game feature that prevented Ashe from getting Frozen Mallet. Or if you get it on her your elo instantly drops to 100
