i don't rush spellvamp on anything but morde/kennen/rumble because their bases fucking own, so the ramp-up can wait (besides their ratios are all subpar(except rumble Q))

Wouldn't spellvamp on TF be really good since he proc's magic damage every fourth AA?

[B]E:[/B] Spellvamp is good on A LOT of mages, just not always for something to rush in regards to full items (snagging a Hextech Revolver and hanging on to it works well). It's simply that, depending on the champion, there are other items that benefit them more early on.

He only has two damage spells officially, he doesn't have a lot to spell vamp off of, and his Q gives reduced values since it's AoE/multi-target. Chalice into an Athene's is a very good build these days for someone like Ziggs, Orianna, Karma, etc. You'll be a bit tankier in lane and the way Chalice functions means you should almost always have the mana for at least one spell, even when spamming.
