Last whisper gets more effective when people have more then 112.5 Armor but it doesn't require 3 hits to gets full potential. on top of that last whisper is cheaper and is more effective on champions who have AD abilities.

It's a 190 armor break-even between LW and TBC 2 stacks. And TBC amplifies your teams' damage as well. [editline]30th June 2012[/editline] In singular hits, an LW will outdamage a black cleaver at the 1st stack after 70 armor, 2nd after 110, and 3rd after 145 armor or so, but TBC offers a good amount of attack speed worth 800~ gold, while only costing 500~ more.

I don't have anything against Veigar, just trying to start a little discussion. I do believe his ult is the only one in the game that punishes an enemy for the better they're doing? Enemy AP, that is. Just wondering how people feel about that, what Riot may think if anyone's caught wind, etc.

The enemy AP can still get magic res though and veigar is very easy to kill, or the enemy AP can, you know, not go near veigar?

The point is veigar's ult does fuck all to AD champions so that is his downfall

Veigar is one of the champions whom I can consider to be extremely balanced. He's extremely easy to kill and counter. His ult is just merely an anti-mage move, nothing wrong with it at all.

I'm seeing like 2-3 pulsefire ezreal buyers each game from these post game screenshots. Riot has pretty much made the jackpot. This was the best move they ever could have made for profit.
