Wait, is Diana out, or is everyone playing her on the PBE?
I say "apparently" because it's not confirmed but it's been talked about on the LoL forums.

I tend to whine about Riot's creativity a lot, but last few champs were pretty awesome. It's nowhere near as bad as few months ago when we were getting champs that had just a little bit originality. (e.g Wukong. Only original thing about him was decoy)
seeing dianas passive has so much base damage wits end is worth it really i see her as an ap tanky dps, rod of ages rylais wits end abyssal scepter frozen heart etc

Am I the only one who thinks the last couple of champs have been lackluster as hell? Jayce is probably the most unique and original champ since Lulu. [editline]7th August 2012[/editline] I still like the addition of new champs regardless, I play Hecarim, Darius and whatnot.

Viktor sucks either way. There's almost no way you're going to get fed enough to be able to one-two people midgame, your ult's inherently broken by the fact that you need to be in melee range of the champ you want it to follow, and you can forget about lategame because his passive is the magical ability to keep a blasting wand in your inventory all game long and never be able to sell it or build it up.
I'm finding this odd pattern, that whenever I play against a Hecarim, my team feeds him and he becomes the slipperiest, most unkillable piece of shit to play against. And it never fails. He seems like a fun character to play and play against, but by the time we get to the teamfight stage, he is already fed and ready to tear shit up.
It's because warding doesn't do shit since he's too fast for you to actually run away once he's in sight
The irony in viktor's design is that they wanted to give him multiple paths with the hex core, but they just ended up limiting him more than normal champs by giving him 5 slots instead of 6
I also forgot Jayce, who is obviously unique (even though he shares his melee/ranged change with nidalee) so I won't explain.

His ulti is Garen's ulti, except the damage goes up if his enemy has passive stacks, and it goes off cooldown if it does what it's supposed to do.
viktor's augment should be a permanent buff upgraded at the shop, not an item

I just realized how much of a tanky-damage mofo Hecarim is late-game. He really reminds me of Jax and Poppy, so I tried the same build I normally do with her, ala building a philosopher's stone and sheen, then upgrading to triforce, etcetera. Turns out that triforce is one of the best possible items ever for him. This isn't a big surprise, but it really is. He can proc sheen so frequently, his W+R benefit from the AP, and the movespeed and slow are icing on the cake. From there just go tanky damage, like atmogs, maw of malmortius, etcetera. Force of Nature is really good on him, of course. At one point during the game I popped shurelyias, ghost, and my e. I got a sheen proc and also got a critical hit. Did about 867 damage.

He's an absolute monster mid game as it is, limited really only by his passive and the speed of his ult. However, if his ult was same speed no matter where it was to Viktor, that'd be horrifying. It'd be like having a Shaco clone except it doesn't just deal damage on death.
Hecarim charge initiation with zileans speed buff is too strong. You go so fast people don't even realize what's going on.
Hecarim's ult makes for a fantastic initiation ulti, what with the running away from Hecarim terror CC. Bonus points if you flank the enemy and make them run into your team. Edit: Also, I've been wondering how good an AP Hecarim would do. Like, abyssal scepter, Rylais, other kinda tanky AP items. He has a 0.8 AP scaling on his W assuming the target stays in it for the entire duration, and his ult has pretty much a 1.2 AP scaling. Of course his Q and E aren't AP, but maybe some kinda hybrid would work?

wow i hate my friends i say that attack speed marks are good on some junglers (shen mundo diana) and then they go bathshit insane at me tell me im soo wrong while insisting on getting ad/arpen on everyone

they also insist that aegis is a terrible item please give me some good numbers so i can prove them wrong
