So the last few days I've been having atrocious lagspikes with League only, nothing else laggs. Turns out it's my internet provider that's having issues with them for some reason and so far it haven't been solved, explains getting 900 ping all the time. Sucks since I've wanted to play Diana badly.

I have trist and I know she's a good champ but Kog and Varus look like the two most interesting and I've never gotten the chance to play ranged carries so if I'm gonna learn one it'll be someone more interesting.

Varus is pretty damn good. I normally do average with AD carries but I picked up Varus and just started stomping every game.

kog is one of the best late game carries. Varus is just iffy and isn't that good like kog but he is good.

I've had great success with leveling E over Q so far. I'm always open to ideas but (right now) I don't see the potential of leveling Q first. E isn't hard to hit if you get some practice with it and it has good range. Q is really strong at level 1-3 but if you try that aggressiveness later on, you'll get more damage back instead.

Then again, I haven't tried it at all and I should give it a go sometime, if all of you guys say it's better. I imagine you'll need to build him differently?

viktor's E has a whole 10 base damage less than his Q without his augment. By the time you have 200 AP, the damage is equal.

Plus, his E affects multiple targets while his Q is single target. Granted, Q's cooldown and mana cost are much much lower, but his laser is aoe
