Giant robot in a suit.
implying DN blitzcrank fits in
why do people play jungle i just tried to jungle with amumu and now i have a migraine from the terrible irelia in top spending all game whining about how her losing her lane was my fault
If they lose the lane it's their jungler's fault but if they win their lane it's because they're pro. It's been like that for as long as I can remember.
I dunno, must have been hard to notice. I also can't picture a situation where Diana's shield would normally be still available after attacking a Brand. [editline]8th August 2012[/editline] Or why a Brand would toss his ult out if it's still available, for the matter.
Obviously not ideal, but it had to have happened at least once with someone noticing.
Just had a game with 0-24 rammus on my team so sad
Obviously not ideal, but it had to have happened at least once with someone noticing.
You'd think, but a lot of games on the PBE is just a battle of instalockers for, in the last case, Diana, Zyra, and Jayce, then the last guy goes "WELL I GUESS I ALWAYS WANTED TO TRY OUT Y . . . " It's a pretty specific interaction and I guess it just never happened.
Just had a game with 0-24 rammus on my team so sad
How do you die so much as Rammus? That's just, what?
I went 1/17 as vayne because it was my first time adc. Lol
How do you die so much as Rammus? That's just, what?
He said in champion select "i play yi or feed" told him to suck a dick. lesson learned.
I went 1/17 as vayne because it was my first time adc. Lol
Vayne is terrible to play if you're new to ad carries I recommend Tristana, she has a very safe laning phase and easy positioning late game cause of her massive range + knockback + large range dash I would recommend Graves but that champion teaches you nothing about how to play an ad carry and is just incredibly easy to play and way too safe for how close range of a champion he is, he encourages melee range gameplay and that's just terrible for an ad carry
Playing 1v1 aram with my friend. I get Singed, he gets Ashe. :(
Sivir is really fun, costs 450, is really safe and has great poke
Yeah, Sivir is grossly underrated. Insane farming, amazing split pushing, spell shield is OP, and has a team fighting ult to engage or disengage with. Amazing carry in my opinion.
God damn her spell shield is so good. 3 seconds of just daring you to hit her.
Hecarim jungle is so fun to play, hes so strong late game. His ult starts fights so good.
Got to finally play Varus for a game, I really, really liked him. His post-laning phase is definitely a bit on the weaker side, but his ultimate alone can potentially win a team fight, and will at least root one person for the two seconds, which is big. In lane he's an absolute monster. In either case, once you bag a kill or assist, he snowballs a fight so quickly with the attack speed. I did find the lack of an escape to suck, especially against a Xin Zhao on the other team, but it worked out in the end despite getting focused down in team fights. I want him.
He's fun but his numbers suck Just like Sej, but that's probably why I like playing them [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] His ult is also pretty much Ashe's but worse
I want Varus but I don't want to put 6300 into someone I might like. He was cool but I don't think I'm the right kind of player for him I guess. Just felt odd having to get the kill before you get the steroid.
Play like 5 games with him since hes free week and see if you like him.
He's fun but his numbers suck Just like Sej, but that's probably why I like playing them [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] His ult is also pretty much Ashe's but worse
'eh, Ashe's ult has more range, being a global and all, but I mean, again, Varus can lock down a whole team with the right timing and play. If you have an AoE comp (Amumu, Kennen, Vladimir, those bitches), putting Varus in it can be devastating. His numbers are fine, really. Actually they're mostly above average, with his kit making up the rest. Having that constant on-hit magic damage is nice, the health-based chunk with a spell is amazing if done right, and his Piecing Arrow hurts so fucking much. I don't know, I really, really liked him. Our game should've been a definite loss - Irelia fed Xin in top lane, rage quit for 10 minutes, gave up two top turrets for it. I was able to play smart enough with my duo partner to stay ahead and stack up some strong items, and we pulled through. [editline]9th August 2012[/editline]
I want Varus but I don't want to put 6300 into someone I might like. It is an odd design, but it just leads to proper positioning and use of his kit. If you can play safe at the start of a fight, kite/deny long enough to secure just an assist, let alone kill, ripping through everyone else with the 40% attack speed bonus makes it a cakewalk to put Blighted Quiver stacks on people before popping it. [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] Actually something neat I managed to pull off when we got ganked bottom lane was - I kited Mundo a bit, landed the three stacks, then threw my ult out. Hit him three more times, popped Q across him, he died. Before my ult triggered on Graves, I landed the three stacks with the attack speed boost from the kill, once it triggered it chunked him hard as fuck, and he was an easy kill with Ignite. Was cool.
Sivir is one of the best adcs because her spell shield literally can decide an early fight. Graves buckshot? Ashe's W? Taric's stun? Alistar's stun? They're literally all just free mana if you're not shit. Sivir is a huge counter to graves/ashe/mf/tarif/sona/cait. Hence why she is my main adc. Her passive grants 50 ms if you hit a target, so you have 410 ms at lvl 1 (if boots)if you hit an opponent. It's awesome for chasing.
Varus isn't a bad champ, but when I played him he just seemed to be really insubstantial. There wasn't much to him at all. He felt kinda like Ashe in that regard. He's a great carry if you're good with him, but most people are fucking retarded and don't pop their blight. Ever. I've seen so many just max quiver for the on-hit damage and only pop it by accident it's depressing. I played him twice on his first free week and utterly destroyed my lane both times because I popped blight on 3 every time. It's like the difference between a Draven that catches his axes and one that doesn't even try. The one that does rips shit up and just murders everything, and is fun to watch. The one that doesn't is one of the saddest excuses for a player you've ever seen.
Varus is really, really fun. I agree with him being insubstantial. He's kinda a mix between Cait (has a weaker version of her Q, only better because of its megarange), Kog'maw (his W is just a permanent version of Kog'Maw's W without the range poke). He's also like tristana in that a lot of his abilities scale with AP. That being said, he is very fun. I picked up two triples and just missed a penta [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] I got a BF sword at the 7 minute mark after getting a double kill on Leona and Varus, followed by an Inf Edge after we pulled it off again. Also, we nearly lost since Varus got fed too, and they had Darius, Vlad and Sion, all of which could rip us apart practically instantly.
[thumb]http://imgkk.com/i/fgbr.jpg[/thumb] it seems like whenever I play Lee Sin I miss the easy skillshots but I always hit the hard ones (Like through fog of war or something)
Jesus Christ that Darius build. [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] @Papaya
hecarim's q is so bad it takes days to get it to two stacks in a teamfight, and by that time the teamfight is almost over. and e's cooldown is so long
That's why you max W and use Q for Sheen proc
Jesus Christ that Darius build. [editline]9th August 2012[/editline] @Papaya
he had two HoGs at one point.
Remember when gp5 stacked? Classic bankplank.
