Yeah, but a carry that plays passively and waits for an opportunity to drop her ultimate isn't really a carry. She's always a Q for harass, E to go in, then ult to go for the kill. At least now she'll cast more skills in a teamfight and not run when her ult is up.

Supporting a good ashe/graves is so god damn satisfying. Also flashing over a wall to infuse-kill a shaco is nice too.

Part of playing her was waiting for the opportune moment to ult. To me at least, it was fun and a high-risk high-reward type of thing. Lately Riot just seems to hate making champs with large obstacles to overcome or champs that are high-risk high-reward. Nobody can have weaknesses anymore.

Everytime i've called Soraka the second i'm in champ select, one guy always says "We need people like you in ranked" Feelsgoodman

whenever someone says they will play soraka i ban soraka then they dodge now THAT feels good so i don't have this useless goat walking around

Making it do the damage over a shorter time and giving her other ways to do damage is really helpful. If you're going to make a high risk champ, they need a way to disengage.

Scarra seems to make her work at 2,4k. I mean he doesn't use her in tournaments I don't think but a lot of champs don't get used in tournaments.

That's not what he means, he means while minions can block the shuriken for Kennen, Kat players don't have to worry about minions getting in the way, just have to spam and Whittle down the enemy with almost zero risk.
