Well, we played it well. What happened was our AD carry got too close to him and he flashed when my Impale ended, he full-combo'd him, and got his ghost. Then it wiped the rest of us out.

Can't really be helped though, just one of those facts of life like at some point in time you'll cut yourself shaving or when you say the weathers great it'll start pissing from the heavens, morde getting triple kills from getting ganked without even trying is just one of those facts of life.
Sometimes I think that some people in this game have the mind of a small fish.
I was in a game that I knew was over before it even began but didn't queue dodge because i haven't play LoL in a few days as was really wanting to get in a game fast. In champ select we had a pretty balanced team, me (sona) and urgot bot, ahri mid, and fiora top lane. We all asked the last person to pick a jungler or at least a tank. The person decided that the best champ for this task would be ashe. Of course we lost because we had no one to tank the damage and the ashe fed and wouldn't show up for team fights. We all told the ashe that we were reporting her for being bad at the game and she could not think of a reason why we would think that she is a bad player.

I also forgot to mention that once in game the ashe asked who was going to tank and was confused when we all yelled at her.
Uhh, there's no such thing as a 'tank' in LoL.
There are champs who are naturally TANKY because of their abilities and base stats, but when it comes to items, ANY champ (including Ashe) can build tanky. Of course depending on the champ building tanky can create big disadvantages but it doesn't mean that a carry can't be tanky.

And if you saw that Ashe isn't building tanky why didn't you (or anyone else on the team) go with a tankier build instead?

Honestly the closest thing to an old school tank we have just now is nautilus or shen, simply because they're tanky as fuck but can still be a force to be reckoned with with a good bit of damage and a ton of CC so ignoring them doesn't exactly work.

blitz couldn't hit shit, noc gave up first blood to an invade from master yi and shaco, giving yi fb and shitting all over kennen, and mundo lost hard to gragas. Then the enemy team camped my lane.
had shaco not left half way through, that would've been a surefire win for their team.
