Wukong doesn't win a lot of top lanes and he could be a lot better

But on the other hand his kit allows you to simply outplay people, I don't have much experience with Wukong, but Akali is supposed to lose to so many champions and I've personally beat almost every single counterpick with her just because I could outplay them (Normally what happens is someone ganks me and the enemy laner thinks I'm suddenly not going to kill them just cause another guy is there, essentially being baited by his teammate except not really cause they're just dumb)

Wukong is easily one of the best champions in the game.
I'm talking rumble-level.

The thing with Wukong is that he's only ever strong if you outplay people. Nothing in his kit makes him intrinsically powerful in a common top lane match-up other than his ultimate to set-up a gank. He's good, but not [i]that[/i] good, and could be better.
