I just played with a person who had 1253 normal wins and not a single ranked game. Why?

some people don't like ranked I started playing ranked in season 2 at like 1080 normal wins. Season 1 ranked at like 400 or something.

tbh the darius hate caused every pub game to focus darius so he's not a problem anymore unless he gets fed at the beginning or pulls some stupid stunt that's unexpected against a bad team like going jungle

It's the way he scales. You lock down Garen during lane, deny him farm, gank him all the time. What can he do? Spin2Die Do the same thing to Darius. What can he do? Collect kills with True damage ultimate in fights, scoring pentakills with 2 D-blades and Tabi. He also has reliable farming method, the only thing Garen has over Darius is no mana, but his CD's are too long regardless. It's the thing with Mana champs vs resourceless champs. Mana-users need to care about their manapool, not to spam spells too much or they run dry and they can't do shit unless they refill their mana somehow. CD based champs tend to have slightly longer CD's due to them having no need to conserve their resource. [sp]This is how I understood it.[/sp]

If you're getting dunked by Darius when he's behind in items then you're doing something wrong. Otherwise he's just kill stealing from a fight you were probably losing. The argument that "he can just walk into a fight and get a pentakill" implies you're just ignoring him and allowing him to kill you when in reality if he's behind then he's going to get melted or bullied by the opposing bruisers.

Darius is neither broken nor OP himself; it's his ultimate that's broken. I believe someone said this before in this thread, but being able to build completely tank and still output ~700~ true damage every fight is ridiculous.
