Which is what Garen's ultimate is intended to do.

I'm just gonna say it again. Darius is OP because he demands attention 24/7 throughout the game. You can't leave him alone in top lane most of the time as a jungler, meaning the other lanes will have to deal with a lack of ganks at least for some amount of time. If you leave him alone in a team fight long enough he'll start dropping repeating 700 true damage nukes on everyone around you. It doesn't matter what he does, builds, how bad he is, etc., he will always be a massive, bursty threat.

Darius with 200 AD, which isn't hard to obtain, has extra 300 true damage on his ult with full stacks of Hemorrhage.

People complaining about OP true damage -> Forgetting Olaf. People saying Chogath's Ult doesn't do as much damage as Darius -> Forgetting the free warmogs.

I play cho all the time and you don't have to build him as tanky as you are making it out to be, it's not uncommon for me to have a 700 damage feast

I don't see what extra health has to do with doing usually less damage. Especially since Darius can usually hit his ult a few times in a fight. I don't have a problem with having another execute, I have a problem with them intoducing an execute that makes Garen's useless. At least Cho's Feast gives him health.

I've found that not many people want to play jungle anyway, though. So it could be not a disaster.

That's 1k damage after 15 seconds. Wow, that's really strong! Except a darius with some AD does that with his ulti at once, then can immediately do it again on someone else.
