Has the patch been released yet? In Katarina's ability page the thumbnail previews are still the old one but the videos are of the new changes, and her W is still Killer Instincts instead of Sinister Steel.

7 abilities either spread out into 2 forms where both sets are completely separate from each other or are just 2-part abilities like lee sin's
The 2 form champions essentially being 2 champions with 3 abilities that can morph between each other but play differently

Everyone I'm fighting seems to build armour to counter her, very few people seem to get that she's AP. Might be because I'm not super duper high ELO. Or everyone I face is just retarded.

It gives more damage and more slow, you only need your Q to jump out and pop your E.

e only gets 35 more damage per level and 7.5% slow
q gets a total of 60 more damage per level and it decreases the cooldown too
i dunno what is best tho i don't really play lee much
jungle garen.

A QE with red does about 80% on a squishy
Well he has no hard CC, but he does have a silence so I suppose his ganking would be based on outputting as much damage in as short a time-frame as possible. He seems like he could work good in comps where the lane already has a bit of CC.
If bot has a Taric or Leona you could do a very fast wraith/red gank
Top works with Riven and Sion
