This is also one of his biggest weaknesses, it's probably why nobody likes taking him mid much too, when people start getting good they realise that they can use zileans bombs and just force him to push with them
holy shit a patch preview IT'S BEEN SO LONG. Also this new screen keeps fucking up for me, I had to close and reopen the client six times because the Pulsefire Ezreal theme kept playing on the main screen (The one you get into after you log-in) and it would never fucking stop.

I'm so happy for Orianna buffs. Seriously. They are very good buffs and she'll see a lot of viability and play now (Hopefully) since utility mids are more the norm these days instead of the ultra-burst of days of yore.
Also, despite the 'blegh' feeling from the hearing the words 'Leblanc' and 'buff' together in a sentence, I like them and agree with them. Her damage isn't [i]really[/i] going up (You can argue it does from her W's lower cooldown but it's minor), but she'll have a higher skill cap and the opportunity to do more in late-game play.

As fun as the LB changes seem, she was definitely not underpowered or forgotten. Her burst damage is INSANE.
people have been complaining about her weak late game and strong early game for ages, so I'm pretty sure she was almost forgotten

i usually keep small "quotas" and once these quotas have been met i do whatever
for example, if i have above 60 cs at 10 mins i just go all out for like a minute or two where i just spam every skill i have on the enemy and harass them so hard it's like i'm retarded
then just resume csing
