LB counters like everything. Its just her teamfight power that's lacking. Partially because she had some trouble staying alive against a organized team. I fucking love the changes to leblanc, i am gone have so much fun having 5 people chasing me and dun goofing every single one of them.

I got Yi as i find him quite useful with his speed and whatnot. Should i buy another champion or save? I'm up to about 1500 ip and i can afford a fair amount of the cheaper ones.

anyone else having trouble starting the game? the first screen comes up and I click play, then the login screen just doesn't start yet the process is still running is this just on my end or what im on EUW if it makes any difference

Save for or buy them. If not, wait for the free champions to cycle and try out some new ones that look interesting. Alternatively, do what I did with Karthus and Sion and buy them out of the blue with no experience playing with or against them.
