But it increases lifesteal so little that it doesn't even matter, and it really isn't very suitable for nasus since you always want items that build into/are big lategame items [editline]2nd July 2012[/editline] are most of you on EUW or EUNE?

I am on EUNE, not a lot of people from facepunch there.
