Since phones are dumb, what I'm trying to say is that caitlyn has a great design that is let down by simply not being able to do anything, and no matter how much you buff cait's ult, unless it somehow becomes a global, no CD instakill that cannot be blocked, she simply will not be good. Still better than varus though
