Queued with a friend, he invited another friend who had so few champions we had to Blind Pick instead of Draft. He was level 15.
Some of the shit I saw in that game, lol. Kassadin not buying boots against me as Cassiopiea until 15 minutes in (He got raped) and rushed Athene's Unholy Grail. Jungle Malphite who rushed Warmogs and built entirely AP beyond that. Mordekaiser top lane against . . . a top lane Alistar. Sion and Graves bot against Akali and Teemo.
Were we all this shit before?

i dont understand rushing the holy grail at all
cost inefficient as hell, and only good once you got a large mana pool with extended fights

also ad caster item that combines from phage and brutalizer should be made

He's not hard to kill. Teemo is probably the easiest champion to deny early game, especially if you're ranged as well. I know pantheon and riven top shit on him without effort.

Next ad caster should contain spellvamp, could be built on mundo, udyr, urgot etc who all have massive ability damage but can only use quints and the utility tree to get hp back from their abilities because pure ap items like revolver are a huge waste of gold when you don't benefit from ap
