honestly many of the higher level offensive masteries are lackluster and i end up putting them into utility or defence, having 21 points in offense is over rated imo, currently i have 19/0/11 just for the lifesteal but that is pushing it

So the internet at my new house only clocks up at 1.3mbps instead of the 5mbps we're paying for (Yes we are already calling them to bitch). Is this gonna cause me a lot of shit playing League?

The League of Legends client has been absolute garbage for me ever since those major server issues with the patch a couple weeks back. Games freezing my computer, client failing to respond, Windows telling me the game has failed to respond after a match has ended, etc. It's awful.

i play with 200 ping and i have no problems

eh the problem with my connection atm is that while it an stay around a good 70-250 ping range, it'll randomly skyrocket into 1.3k ping or more for upwards of 20 seconds at a time, and it just becomes ridiculous, especially when a teamfight starts happening...

I'm sort of used to it now.

Okay so I think if they made it so that Viktor's ult wouldn't move really slowly as it got far away from him he'd be 100x better.
