Every time I play Veigar I get ridiculously fed in the first 10 minutes. It's like no one can handle the stun and the burst. Who even shuts down Veigar?

Wakfu is a pretty amazing game, their updates are slowly killing it though.
My friend and I were in a game and we carried, I was mid Jayce and went 24/12/22, and he was jungle AD Brand that went 25/9/18.

shit with gapclosers or if the veigar lets people walk close
if he uses his stun defensively he has a 16 second period where he can't do shit against the enemy laner
then it's just tanking his stun then chugging down a few pots then smash his face in

To be fair, Talon counters almost every AP mid
Between you having tons of mr and them having no armour you typically start with a huge advantage, and then you have a silence and some really nice burst damage so they're completely screwed since you will always do far more damage before they can even begin to do damage
What would your preferred team comp be for a 5-man premade?
I've been playing with a group of friends lately, and we've seen some very good success with the following:
Bot: Vayne/Nunu
Jungle: Amumu
Mid: Veigar
Our top laner can't find a champion he's really comfortable with, so he tends to switch it up pretty frequently.
Overall, we have a very high win rate! We win about 8/10 games, but we're definitely not without some weaknesses. Our victory relies a lot on Vayne getting heavily fed. Nunu is a great support champ to tag with a carry who's well farmed and properly fed, but in the early game the combination is very susceptible to aggressive lanes. Anything with hard CC (esp. Leona, Taric, and Alistair) tends to bully us out of lane and farm very easily.
Anyway, we're experimenting with different team comps for 5v5 play. Any suggestions?
Top: Shen
Mid: Ahri
Jungle: Skarner
Bot: Graves/Soraka
ideal team imo (But normally you would consider counter picks)

We're just a bunch of blindpick publords. Nasty casuals, and whatnot. We're mostly just trying to steamroll normals for IP and fun, so counterpicks don't matter much!

Also, I [I]really[/I] don't care for Soraka. I mean, she's great as a support champion, a very solid choice, she's just not nearly as much fun to play as as most of the others, and she's such an easy kill! My ideal support champ has great utility and mobility, is at least moderately tanky/difficult to kill, and is meant to be played fairly aggressively. Nunu, Janna, and that big cow are probably my favorites! Though I have been meaning to try Maokai as a support. His abilities seem very viable for an aggressive support lane. He's got a stun, an AOE knockback, a built-in ward mechanic (with some harass), and his ult offers some good utility in teamfights.

Vayne doesn't have a good early game but Graves/Soraka is really safe and Graves is good throughout the whole game. Not to mention Soraka has global presence.

People not knowing how to initiate seems like the biggest problem in solo queue now. You can pretty much expect to lose an even fight if your team didn't pick any champions with some way to start a fight (Malphite, Maokai, Wukong, Shen, Nautilus etc)
im saving up for zyra to see if she is cool if she isn't buying vlad
Zyra isn't going to be revealed for ages, I'd give it at least two weeks for some solid info.
I'd say next week
