Lee sin's ult should damage the enemies that the person you kick away hits based on their max health. I think it'd be cool to do more damage kicking a cho'gath at an ashe than kicking a teemo at an ashe.

i think they should go further depending on their size instead punting teemo to his second tower would be great

I would give the world for custom game modifiers. Here's a few that would make the game fun: No cooldowns, no summoner spell cooldowns, spawn a giant dragon that's really strong and wanders around the map fighting everyone aggressively, random spawn points that aren't the fountain, start at level 18, yordles only, noxus only, demacia only, etc. etc.
