You've got the stuff to be a really good dev, nullsquared. however, not the releasing skills. I noticed in the old thread you saying something about a story in 0.5. Don't do that- START with visual aspects, move on to gameplay aspects, more visuals if desired, and THEN release 0.5. [b]THEN[/b] you work on Portalized's story from 0.6-1.0. and from 1.1 to x.x Will be bugfixes. (hopefully SVN.)

It's possible, but there will be too much calculations. You will need to buy processor with 6ghz in order to calculate it in realtime.

2.4ghz Quad Core processor would give about 9ghz.

That'd help with the physics, nothing to do with the graphics. It's like saying, "hey, I have a quad core CPU and a 5200FX, can I run Crysis on high?"
If I don't work on the story now, then what am I supposed to release? A stupid "test" level? No, not going to happen. All of the engine is practically going to have to be squished into a single "test level", which I'm not going to make.

A view model and a crosshair... and some visible ballistics or something. That's actually both a visual aspect, and it makes the game easier to play.

Since the guy he quoted wanted a physgun model in Portalized. He suggested a Magnum, like in older versions of Gmod.
