Crysis 2 Multiplayer Beta and how to play it TODAY (xbl gold only) - Games

I absolutely love this, though I wouldn't get it on the Xbox.

But it's something the developers can't control i'm assuming. You don't want your publisher mad and pulling funding, so when they say jump, you say "How high massa?" But i think as far as Crysis2 goes, it should still rock shit for the PC. I don't think it will be console raped like other great games. [cough]Ghost Recon[/cough]

On a scale from 1-10 how good is this game? I'm downloading right now and I want to make it worth the 1.8gb.

Fucking hell, I could join games with no problem a minute ago. Now it freezes at the start of a match.

Anybody have a 48 hours code I could use? It would be much appreciated.

This game is actually terrible. There's nothing interesting about it, it's empty and lifeless, and the graphics aren't even good (at least not on xbox).

The game comes out in less than two months, if the gameplay sucks they're clearly not going to change it. It's just a fundamentally bad game. I called it the first time I saw a video. And of course the PC version will actually look good and control well, but those are only two of the many flaws.

Wow this is disappointing, every time it starts it says "The connection to the server has been lost" or something like that.

It looks bland, plays like every medium budget shooter in existence, even has the exact same killstreaks as Call of Duty. I stopped playing after one match, because I'd seen it all. There's nothing of value in the game, and no reason to pick it up over better shooters like Bad Company 2.

Wow, Crysis plays so much better on a console.

I haven't had any problems with joining/playing games either. I think it's a bit unfair to compare it to CoD. Seems like camping doesn't really work at all in this.

Also It's a port to the console.
