I've never played Dagerfall but it looks to dated today.

Because it totally wasn't made in 1996, right?

Do not use that one, it was confusing and didn't work right. Use the official one instead. http://static.bethsoft.com/downloads/games/daggerfall_legal_and_installation.pdf
It is much easier to follow.
Holy shit, I just found a zombie mod that may fulfill our dreams of a zombie game.
Added with a hunger/sleep mod, this mod can make the true zombie game.
Here it is: It basically makes zombies in different ways according to the player's settings, like if the player wants a hive city for the zombies and they spread from that city onward, a horde of migrating zombies, a patient zero scenario where 1 random person in Tamriel is infected, a Dawn of the Dead (Everything is infected, you and a group of survivors stay in a certain place and defend, I chose battlehorn castle.), and a 28 days later setting which is basically an option to set custom settings.
It allows barricading doors.

Also, can anybody link me to a good hunger mod?

Yeah okay, I gave up on this, too complicated for my silly mind.

Use the one Futuramaguy linked to
Went out to my local vidyagaem store. They had a copy of Morrowind GOTY Edition sitting back with all the other old PC games. It was only like 5 dollars. A bargain for such a good game.
Anyways, finishing the installation of the booster packs now. Can't wait to play.
The TES Universe is so damn interesting.

Prepare to brace yourself for the crappy combat system in morrowind. Have you ever played it?

Awesome storylines and godmode can make up for that.
Awesome storylines and godmode can make up for that.
Cheating ruins the game
Awesome storylines and godmode can make up for that.
Why would you even suggest godmode?
Sup guys. I downloaded the CS a couple of days ago and I'm reading through the beginner tutorials in the CSWiki. My eventual plan is to write a mod that lets you [sp]choose to do a assassination personally from the Night Mother instead of the lame 'get 200 gold' thing[/sp]. It'll be done on new NPCs so it won't break any other mods, hopefully.
Awesome storylines and godmode can make up for that.
morrowind is hilariously easy to break even without cheats
make potion of intelligence > intelligence goes up > potions you can make improve > make better potion of intelligence > rinse and repeat until your intelligence is 150000 and you can make potions that boost you up to 5000 strength and last for months and you can rape vivec in two punches
Because it totally wasn't made in 1996, right?
Just because it was made a long ass time ago suddenly makes it so you aren't allowed to say that it looks dated?
Update on the zombie mod.
I got a whole bunch of survivors of the Chorrol attack and put them in Battlehorn castle.
I also got a bunch of road travelers, and some survivors of Bruma to Battlehorn as well.
While Anvil is under attack, I am not able to go there and get survivors. I currently am hording food from every trader in Cyrodil.

I actually enjoyed the combat in Morrowind more than I did in Oblivion. Personal taste, I guess. That and the lack of spears in Oblivion makes me a unhappy camper.
Anyway, has anybody else got the feeling that the modding community is completely stagnant and filled with bullshit now? I remember back a few years ago when the mods for Oblivion were friggin' awesome. Now it just seems like the community is filled with a bunch of lonely weaboos and furries that use Oblivion to fulfill thier weird ass sexual fantasies.
I mean seriously there's more nude mods out there than there are armor mods and even the armor mods are comprised of leather straps and crotchless pants.
don't worry man, there's still some ace mods out there
deadly reflex 6 is coming out soonish

plus my mod, obviously :d

Fackin' agreed. There are still some decent kickass mods out there though, but finding them on the Nexus can be a bitch since you find one legit mod for every 10 Nude ones

searching for 'Dark Brotherhood Quest Extender' got me 'Sexlivion'
Alrighty, my new CPU arrived today and I blow Oblivion out of the water in terms of performance. Now I need mods. Reinstalling for a clean slate.

it's hard to find good armor these days.

Yarp. QTP3 is almost finished downloading. Any other ones you recommend?
Regarding mods...
@Uberman77883:
That sounds like quite a good mod. I might try it when I get my Oblivion back. Zombie survival is always a good laugh.
@dual elites:
Read the plan for your mod and it sounds quite good. It would get my download.

Oblivion's community is full of weeaboos and furries. However, search a bit and you'll find some good stuff.

Heh I got my new PC today as well, cannot believe how easy it was to setup right out of the box... The Xbox 360 was harder to setup when first cutting it on
I've been playing Fallout a lot with some mods (FOOK2 MMM etc) and it's been making me want to play Oblivion again. I'm not sure though. I've literally beaten Oblivion more times than I can remember and I've been through most of the major/minor sidequests and it's DLC/Expansions. That and I have a feeling I'll just be disappointed by Oblivion's dyslexic NPCs after playing Fallout for so long. Weird enough as it sounds, I never played as an archer through all of my times beating Oblivion either. Yet in Morrowind I only played as an archer.
Also the zombie mod thing almost made me reinstall it right away, but Fallout has the same thing.
better citys mod
holy fucking shit on a stick
