You could change your characters stats with the console or edit the race in the construction set. Wrye bash also has some face import/export feature, but I'm not sure how that works.
Should I reinstall? I always get bored after a few weeks of playing, even with mods.

I know 1.55 does't sound much to you, but then remember that even if thousands -possibly tens of thousands- of people are willing to pay (This is worst case scenario seeing how there is over a million accounts on there) then he's suddenly got 10,000 dollars extra.

He's offering a site that's meant for 18+ members. And what's the best way to weed out the kids from the adults? Make them pay a small amount using paypal. If he gets 10,000 members to pay, somehow, then more power to him. He's offering a service that's in demand. Not to mention they're not being forced to pay; they just want a more mature community and are willing to pay a measly amount to get it.

It's called a "Business practice". People, and sometimes "corporations" do it to make "money".
What I don't think you're realizing is, if he's just trying to break even with that site, he's just stupid. You try and get more out of an investment, and this is a good way to do it that doesn't anger that many people, other than cheap people like you who don't want to pay $1.55.
That said, I'm not paying because I find most of the "adult" mods stupid, and if you don't like the atmosphere of the children, just don't read the comments.
