uh my pc is

AMD athlon black edition 2.7ghz dual core
4GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD4570 256mb
1366x768

runs at 30-60fps at maximum settings but I play without advanced bloom and without advanced shaows or whatever

you must have dust in your pc or you build it badly or something

either way this isn't a game that needs high fps
