If you are on vista or 7 I think you have to edit the file in C:\Users\[name or whatever]\Documents\My Games\Moonbase Alpha\MoonBaseAlphaGame\Config

I love this game. Gameplay wise, its fun for about 10 minutes. I don't know why its so funny. Its so stupid and everyone there is from /b/ Playing any server will have me laughing the entire time.
The censor thing works if you delete it from Documents/Games/Moonbase Alpha/MoonbaseAlphaGame/Config/Moonbasealphalanguage.ini
