Been watching the event live in seattle. Lots of fun. Seeing Gabe live was amazing. The crowd goes fucking nuts in team fights.
Bulba looks like a fucking pub Invoker. Nothing but Tornado into EMP.
that's probably because only one of the heroes on IG's side has over 1000 mana, basically silences Night Stalker after one spell and halves everyone elses mana pool.
that's probably because only one of the heroes on IG's side has over 1000 mana, basically silences Night Stalker after one spell and halves everyone elses mana pool.
They have three Arcane Boots so the mana sap on EMP is useless. He needs to use his other AoE spells. Meteor, Deafening Blast, Ice Wall. He needs to buff Morphling with Aclarity. It's sad seeing him Tornado > EMP and be like "I'm done. Can't bother to do more."
The match that was supposed to be the most absurd beat down ended up being the closest and most tense series so far in the international I guess I shouldn't be underestimating the American teams here.
In the last game, I don't think EG should've picked up CM, I think they needed any kind of in your face hero or initiator so they could meet the edge that iG had when roshing. Bounty pick wasn't bad, but could've picked up something like a nyx or so. Just because combining his spammable mana burn with Invoker is such a effective dick move, at least in my experience.
Bulba looks like a fucking pub Invoker. Nothing but Tornado into EMP.
Watching those Invokers before and then watching Bulba was like going from watching The International to playing a pub game. Most unimpressive thing ever.
Na'Vi is laying it out right now. I don't think DK is going to look like this in game 2, but Na'Vi is doing their shit and doing it well.
That's the Navi people were looking for.
God damn it Bruno. :v:
Holy shit, Na'Vi destroyed DK.
Na'vi played wonderfully despite Dendi whiffing ults pretty often throughout the match.
Lycan?! Picked by Navi?! Oh FUCK. [editline]1st September 2012[/editline] NATURE'S PROPHET PICK BY DK. LYCAN ON NAVI. JESUS.
I'm surprised that na'vi didn't try that before, DK were banning pudge out of respect to dendi so grab one of the insta ban heroes since DK are banning pudge.
Na'Vi has an ugly ass team. Godspeed DK.
Puck and pugna oh my.
Wow that Morphling got straight nuked in top lane. Dendi's Puck just gives no fucks.
The gold difference in this game is really close.
Lycan been shut down in the hands of Navis Puppey 35 minutes in, so much for the OP hero. Games not over tho, but Lycan is going to get outcarried by Morphling in the late game.
Game just ended, game three coming up.
Long game but DK looked solid. They didn't let Na'Vi play their lineup at all.
Nice Pugna pick. I hate how the picks/bans are mostly the same. Theres no Visage or stuff of the sort.
I really wanted to see Pudge today on Na'Vi. But DK banned him on all 3 games.
Naga Siren first pick, say bye to try and control the teamfigh Na'vi. Edit; Go Na'vi! Such awesome positioning now, they are not getting caught out in the teamfights.
Woohoo! [sp]Na'Vi[/sp] won!
The old Anti-Mage is back! Really awesome last fight, so many big plays.
Woohoo! [sp]Na'Vi[/sp] won!
RAMPAGE! What a game.
"antimage has 50% chance of winning. lycanthrope has 65% chance of winning. that's 115% chance of winning there's no way you can lose!" - bruno
Dendi stealing Panda ulti in the last battle was the game breaker.
Kebap looking all smug and shit on the stream (introduction part). Finally Tobi! But I don't even know which team to cheer on atm. I cheering on CLG, because of the swedish part. But I just can't dislike mTw, and especially a fan of syndereN.
