No weapons actually show up, but it does get rid of your default weapon and makes whatever you're holding invisible. If you give yourself adrenaline or pills, this happens:

He invests a lot of time on his content, researching and getting it ready for uploading it in order to adquire that level of quality.

It's his opinion, and therefore it shouldn't be taken as fact, but to help you create your own informed opinion on whatever.

Point of this all, you can like or dislike him, but to call him a pretentious cunt seems like a dumb and ignorant thing to say
