Counter-Strike Source: Modern Warfare 2 Mod - Games

I wish I could get all the CSS + COD communities and line them up in a ditch and fill them full of bullets and serve their flesh to the disadvantaged poor around the world.

The mod that combines a decent game with a horrible game. Combining the worst parts of them both.

Those things aren't relevant.

I posted this topic here to get opinions on the mod, making it wasn't easy it took my friend and i a lot time. If your here to complain that I don't spell words right, or saying that my grammar sucks then your not understanding the point of this thread. I'm not here to write a perfect paragraph explaining everything with perfect grammar, as if I'm writing a paper for english class. I'm here to briefly explain to you what I've made from two games that I personally enjoy playing a lot. I didn't come here looking for trouble, i mean i never knew that people would be so immature to a point where they would come to our website and hack it.. Frankly, I just wanted some publicity, to see if people will actually play the mod. I respect your opinions of not liking the mod, i never said that you shouldn't post anything like that, i just didn't expect people to be full out making fun of the mod and judging the mod before they've played it. Yeah, i have to admit the youtube videos aren't the best, i made them myself and it took a long time but im no professional movie maker. Also, the mod is so big that i couldn't just explain in a video what its like. You have to go to the server, play a little and understand how you play it. It's a little more complex (in my opinion atleast) to be told in a couple videos on what its all about. That's why i call them previews, there glimpse of clips that can happen during gameplay. I guess it was wrong to single out coolmzm, i apologize for that but you judged the mod within merely minutes of me posting the topic that i felt like you haven't gotten the chance to actually try it, then again you have the right to not try it at all which is up to you. My intentions were to stop any conflict that was occurring here, as i stated I'm not here to start a huge argument on a forum, that wasn't what i wanted at all. PS: I was at school, that's why my replies are late. My friend and i made this mod during our spare time, just to have fun.. We aren't here to compete with someone who has modelers, mappers, etc... We just wanted to see if people like the mod, and are willing to help by modeling or mapping, this wasn't the case so we'll move on..

There is actually quite a difference from normal CS:S - MW2 CS:S. You can see EVERY detail about the mod by going here: [url]http://www.aotclan.net/mw2/mw2help.html[/url] Here's some of the things that make it different then normal CS:S. (Brief description) -Death Match Spawning -Perks you unlock -Gun unlocks -Kill-streaks So basically, your suppose to kill people for exp to level up. Once you level up you unlock new things, like the TMP for example or the Shotgun. You unlock something new with almost all levels. Oh and as for the models, we don't want to have a lot of download time for people to join our servers so what we were planning to do is to have a model installer so that people that want to have models can, and the one's that don't, won't. (For the one's who DO want models, we are planning to have an installer that automatically puts the models in the correct folder something along the lines of that)

My favorite CSS mod was the L4D Terror Strike remake. Never was a fan of normal CSS and after trying this mod Im still not a fan.

The server admins have that false 'higher ping means more lag for the server' mentality as well, and have no idea how to (wrongly) enforce their desired network settings.
