I'm guessing you'll have to buy it. Beta testers aren't really different from everyone else, other than the fact that they took a survey, or went to a gaming event, both of which aren't really worthy of a key.

Previous is just the previous patch, usk is the German (probably censored) version, and Dev Prerelease is passworded. Don't waste your time.

You know, I noticed that too, if I crash and rejoin I join the exact same server, and when I play randomly I am usually playing with the same people I have played with the previous day or a couple hours ago. Did valve make it so a certain number of people join the same server or something cause it's pretty weird.
