No but as the video posted above you shows, you'll be able to enter console commands to manipulate your viewmodels to aim down the sights or at least appear to do so. Technically you could probably bind these commands to a button and make that an "aim down sights button".

Only works when you crouch though, well at least until or if valve decides to remove the restrictions, because you can only move the positions so far.

The on screen feedback has been addressed as an issue, and the official twitter said they'll work on it eventually. The screen does move around, but it's very smooth and doesn't jerk or shake anymore.
Also the new crosshair does get bigger the more you shoot, but the classic one doesn't seem to move that much. I hope they make the classic crosshair more like the one in 1.6/CZ, I missed the lines getting longer in source.

That situation is annoying regardless of what weapon is being used. Going the whole round and getting killed at the end by someone emptying a clip at you in every direction sucks.
god forbid somebody sprays in a close-quarters map like office while you use an awp.

ermm they were never manufactured from tula or where ever else with a side rail
as a matter in fact that is the main thing that separates the 47 from the AKM besides flash hider and the other little things
