Played gun game with bots on Office, Lake, and Dust. Pretty fun stuff, looking into all those cvars. It seems like "Arsenal" and "Classic" are different game types, and then you can change the game mode to switch between Demolition/Casual and Gun Game/Competitive.
All the games modes are stuffed into a gamemodes.txt file, which shows that the current game modes are mostly comprised of various cvars. Creating a new game mode with different recoil, air acceleration, money values, or such might actually be pretty simple down the line.
I hope they use the new uniforms for the GSG9. The old one is fuckin ugly.
Maybe this isn't the best place to post this, but i have 2 dota keys and some cash on my paypal if anybody has a CS:GO key.

In Quake 3 you could shoot lightning underwater.
CS:GO is learnig form the best.

Only the best for their fans.
I want to play the Arms Race gamemode but it crashes.

[editline]2nd April 2012[/editline]
Wait, it seems to be a problem with my CS: GO..
I wish arms race had larger maps, I'll spawn and get blown away by three guys that are just sitting in spawn waiting for us.
It is immensely depressing how I filled in the survey on the first day and still, no key.
Also, I hope they're gonna add more AR maps in later patches. Sure, there's custom maps, but most of them tend to be devtextured iceworld ripoffs (though some Gun Game maps do have some nice effort put into them).
It is immensely depressing how I filled in the survey on the first day and still, no key.
Same here.
I guess its just the luck of the draw....

It's okay, you're not the only one. Same for me.
For some reason I find playing against bots with a few friends of mine to be much more fun than playing against people. :/
I think there's some strings referencing to the Yakuza, but they're called officially "Freelancers" or something. I'll dig for it.

oh man all these crashes makes me want to buy this game so badly.
Like it or not, I've made a project and I want to share it here. I was bored and I started to take pictures of CS:GO.
This is what I came up with it. (I know it's not the best but like it or not)

Thanks for checking it out.

"You can also contribute some money to keep this project alive. Just click the button below. "
Because taking screenshots needs actual money.
Knoxed, you should make it so you can see thumbnails of the photos rather than selecting "Screenshot 1" and it also seems pretty lazy since you're just numbering screenshots. You could at the very least put something like "Bombsite A"

if the Yakuza are going to be official i think ill be playing as them when im playing T.
So how does the AWP feel compared to 1.6? How does it fare in terms of quickscoping and no-scoping?
Are player models supposed to be selectable at some point?
I hope, i dont want to be generic military tough guy all the time like everyone else.
if the Yakuza are going to be official i think ill be playing as them when im playing T.
If there is gonna be the Yakuza, any info on the Kidotai?
It would be cool if they made it so only a few models could be selected depending on the map, would also be pretty neat for mappers if they could decide which models could be used and which couldn't
So will you be able to choose a player model once the game is finished? I take it that you will. I still kind of like that the CTs all look the same with minor variations instead. Since why would you send troops from several different counter terrorism units to one place. But then again, it has always been like that in the game series. The terrorists look great too with their subtle variations.

Didn't notice that it was already asked a few posts above me. Oops.
