They are probably not final... I've been following the Nova animations since it was added and they've changed like 3 times since it was added (I've gotten the key in an early stage of the game).

played CS: GO at PAX East today. pretty sexy looking game but god in fucking heaven change the crosshair to something that doesn't span the entire vertical height of the screen
You CAN change the crosshair in the Options menu, it also has an option to use the 'classic' crosshair.
And now I wait to yet again not receive a key...
