I only get them when I change them ingame, when I change them in the Main Menu everything works fine.

Yeah, a lot of the cvars for the video settings aren't even in yet, so It's not properly working yet.

What the hell? When I signed into Steam yesterday I got a beta key and was playing it. Today, I signed into Steam and got another beta key. If I gift away the new key will I still be able to play on the previous one?

Arms race is literally the most addictive thing I have ever played. It is so satisfying to get tons of kills in short periods of time, and when you die you re spawn just to do it all over again.
