Oh wow I was sniping, and after being blinded by a flashbang, I backed behind a corner. I popped back out, and I was shot at a few times. I reloaded, went around the corner, and immediately pulled off a perfect headshot on the guy. I was then votekicked. The guy was my teammate.
TEAM KILLER On another note, I wonder what direction the beta is going to go in from here, since they added all the weapons and maps that were advertised (I'm assuming all other maps to be added will be post-beta). I guess just tweaking existing game mechanics and bug-fixing?

I think that player shadows need to be disabled in competitive mode. Sometimes I'm able to see a person's shadow before them themselves.
Can you fucking believe that after scouring the everywhere for a cs:go key I finally found someone willing to trade then he has the audacity to just leave. Fucking unbelievable.
Upon further play, I decided drawing dicks on my face was totally worth it.
Fucking unbelievable.
Doh, it's the internets. But seriously, I traded with the same guy and I had no problem. Got a Sniper Elite v2 preorder from him for zeh bud and everything went smoothly. But again, every man with his moods and desires. Your were not found worthy.

People want to get money from everything.

Friend just traded 8 x DotA 2 invites for 1 x CS:GO key, 1 x Magicka and 8 x Mann Co. Keys! Winner or what? Now I can finally play with him.
Only winner there was the guy who he traded with. In my opinion one Dota key equals one CS: GO key.
Yep. Although Dota 2 is gonna be F2P, at least 2 keys equal one CS GO key.
What was the e-mail you sent the message?
Very long feedback E-Mail about Valve and their games generally. But I think I was a bit lucky when I did that.
Only winner there was the guy who he traded with. In my opinion one Dota key equals one CS: GO key.
It shouldn't have to 'equal' anything, it's a fucking beta.
Last time I played go, I went B on dust2 as a T. Everything was quiet. When I got outside, I did a sweep looking at the hole near the entrance to B side and the place where CTs stand shooting the middle. There was a CT there and I was about to shoot him, when suddenly, another standing on top of the scaffolding that I hadn't noticed started shooting at me. I got scared, shot the CT with the awp in the head, turned left filling everything with bullets and killed the other one on the scaffolding. When the round was over, I had no idea what had happened. The CT that was holding the awp was like "wtf just happened?" aswell. I love how you can shoot through walls that aren't too thick, like some walls near doorways on Office and through the tips of thicker walls and metal containers. Its a good middle-point between 1.6's raildriver walls and Source's diamond titanium walls. At least you could shoot through thin sheets of steel and some wood objects.
I'm new to the beta, is there a way to create your own local server like you could in CS:S to play with your friends? found it
Just need a confirmation: Is your ELO actually taken into account in matchmaking or has that not been implemented fully yet?
Step 1: Start a private match versus bots. Preferably on Arms Race. Step 2: sv_cheats 1 Step 3: host_timescale 0.4 Step 4: Record some gameplay. Step 5: Speed it up. Step 6: Uber reflex gameplay video. Is it just me or are the sounds themselves slowed down too for the first time now? Never noticed that before while playing with timescale in other Source games. Playing CS in slow motion is surprisingly fun.

Also, yeah, you're right, sounds get slowed down too, finally I'd say.

How do you bind 2 commands to the same key? I want to bind the mouse wheel button to host_timescale 0.4 and 1.0 to make a bullet time effect :v:
How do you bind 2 commands to the same key? I want to bind the mouse wheel button to host_timescale 0.4 and 1.0 to make a bullet time effect :v:
I believe it's "host_timescale 0.4;host_timescale 1.0" if it's the same as CS:S
de_payne bullet-time, i put sounds to going in and out of bullet-time as well as a weird, low kind of bass-y sound while in bullet-time [editline]24th April 2012[/editline] also features a fully fuctional timer, almost as if the bullet-time has "ran out", hold the key for around 5 seconds and bullet-time runs out but you can let go of the key at any time prior and bullet-time will stop
Question, how can you play (in a listen/singleplayer thing) as just you vs. multiple bots? I do the regular commands such as removing balance, and it still forces more bots to spawn on my team if I add them
Do the bot_kick_ct and bot_kick_t (or something) commands work?
It just adds another one back, as evident here
Turn off bot autobalance.
