Oh hey, there are a few more voices than what the video listed (unless I missed them when the video ran through them.) Just some extra stuff like "Decoy!," "You've got the kit," stuff like that. OH, and those funny lines? The game files say they're CT.
I might hop back into mapping with the new SDK. Wanna remake a map from another game though. Would be fun!

So i have been working on porting de_cbble for the last day or so, and right now im almost done, so have a video of me playing it as a little preview, audio is out of sync though. MacD11: Use the cascade entity, and make sure you compile with hdr.

The files for the lines point towards FBI, SWAT, and "Professional" player models.

Why isn't there cbble yet btw? Shouldn't we get all the classic maps? Prodigy, cbble, and so on?

So I finally got CS:GO running well, and I'm having fun. I'm terrible at the game, though. I've barely touched any Counter-Strike games, so I'm only playing Classic Casual. Anyone got tips on how to get better, or recommendations on what weapons to buy?

Anyone got tips on how to get better, or recommendations on what weapons to buy?[/QUOTE] I generally recommend staying on Casual, it's basically normal CSS with none of the downsides (don't need to buy armor, lack of friendly fire and player collision means much less griefing) For SMGs I'd really recommend the Bizon, it combines a magazine even larger than the P90 (64 rounds) with a very faster rate of fire and pretty good accuracy for a SMG. For pistols the Tec-9 is surprisingly good, being cheap, accurate, relatively powerful, and featuring the largest pistol magazine in the game (32 rounds). All the shotguns are actually decent, though the Mag-7 and Sawn-off are both great in close quarters. When it comes to the assault rifles the AK and M4 are still good but the others are actually viable options now, even the Galil being very nice. To get better I recommend just playing, maybe doing some Arsenal (GunGame) so that you can get used to new weapons without having to worry about penalties or objectives.

BUT if you use walk, I can't hear your footsteps and I won't know you're coming, increasing the chances you'll catch me off-guard. I think you also show up on the enemy's mini-map if you're close to them and they aren't walking. [b]Some materials can be shot through.[/b] I'm not well versed in shooting through cover (what kinds can be penetrated, but I got my first one by accident and won a round doing so. Felt good. Practice with the bots even if they're bumbling idiots sometimes. Play Arms Race for a quick warm-up before playing any other modes.

Then there will be the "_improved" version, this version will feature some changes as far as models in the map, atmosphere, maybe a few texture changes and brush additions, and if people want it ill add new areas to the gameplay. So yeah, 2 different cbble's instead of one from me.

Subway sucks in general, I always get a pizza if I have to eat from there.

Also does anyone know how to get rid of this darn blur? It's quite annoying. Edit: fixed it, removed postprocess controller, darn thing auto adds blur even if i disable it :/
I think it's FXAA doing what FXAA does best.

Is the Global Expertise achievement for Safehouse ([I]My House[/I]: Win five matches) broken for anybody else? None of my wins on the map have counted towards the tally.

How exactly do I make custom loading screens for my custom maps? Also, was a fix found for the error player models yet? (probably)
