"Disconnect" moves you back to the menu, where the FPS should be drastically higher.
Guess you could also disable the post-processing too.

Also my console keeps quitting whenever I type something, in CSS it would work if I held down shift and pressed it but it wont work in this :S

In other Source games I always press Alt Gr and A (so you get "á"), then I remove that character and then I can type whatever I want without it closing. I still don't know why this bug happens to me, but it has done that for every Source game I ever played.

The shadows are probably the biggest thing that are lowering your framerates, but there's not much you can do outside of setting the quality to the lowest. They're still being optimized I think, though, so maybe later down the line it'll run better.

That happens with every automatic gun in the game. Probably what I hate the most in the game.
First bullet goes to where you point the crosshairs at, all the others fly to nowhere. What the fuck is up with that, why don't they give weapons recoil patterns that fly off of your hands?
I've literaly missed a guy's head by an inch because the bullets went over his head.
Nope I don't think any mat commands work keep saying that you need sv_cheats 1 enabled.

Erm, the recoil for guns is very predictable.
