These are some unfortunate "So close!" moments in Counter Strike Global Offensive Beta. I got into this beta about a month ago. I have been playing the hell out of this beta, but this is some footage of the first week I've been playing on the Beta.

Why the load times are so high. I need to wait 7 minutes for map to load and even after this I can barely play game due to low fps. But after this it gets back to decent fps

That's strange, for me this is actually probably the fastest loading Source game I've played. It literally takes less than 10 seconds to load a map for me.

I gave up on getting a key long ago, I still plan on buying the game when it's released though, looks like lots of fun.
I still love how people can't just accept CSGO, entiely just because it isn't like CSS or 1.6. I was playing a game today and some guy kept complaining in chat about how the game was nothing like 1.6, that it took "no skill" and that it was very "gay."
He had the worst score of both teams, even bots had surpassed him.

Sometimes Bots are able to get a quick headshot that a normal player would find hard to do.
Just played Arms Race for a while. I really like this mode, since I don't have to wait for everyone to be killed before spawning again. :smile:

I realize that though, it's enraging how accurate bots are. I jumped down behind an unaware bot from a higher area on Aztec and the bots immediately turned around and fired one shot with his AK, which was a perfect headshot on me in [I]midair[/I]. Not only would that be just about impossible for a human, they have an inhuman awareness too, you cannot sneak up behind one. The bots are so crazy accurate sometimes that it just annoys me, especially when a bot headshots me with a pistol from rifle range.

(they have the coolest hand models by far, those guys) Although it would be cool for terrorists with long sleve shirts to have their shirts (and colours) visible in first person on their arms.
