What CTs are they going to use in Italy? Doesn't make much sense using French CTs.

Valve could change the Italy's flags and decals to French, but then it wouldn't really be Italy anymore... Does the GIGN fit anywhere though? I'm pretty sure the silhouettes shown in the concept art are a bit exaggerated :v: The female model should have the same hitboxes as the male model. I think the female model should be as bulky as it has to be (more equipment?) to fit the hitbox, but the female aspects of the body should be still maintained (nothing overdone, such as big boobs etc.)

If they're going to add a SWAT playermodel they need to hurry up. Me and a friend are remaking a classic map and want to use SWAT models. I already reskinned GIGN to look like SWAT, but I wasn't happy with them so I need to know if I should just redo them or not.

There's even a SWAT van in a few maps.
This is Counter Strike. Unlike L4D Valve is actually very interested and active in updating it.
Somebody go remake a map from SWAT 4.

I also hope that flashlights and nightvision will make it back in (even if there are no official dark maps, it creates opportunities for custom mapping). As for the one-dynamic-light-at-a-time limit on Source (even though multiple dynamic lights seem to be possible in GMod), if you ask me it'd be fine if they made the flashlight the old 2004 HL2 one (as in, not a projected texture) so it won't interfere with dynamic environmental lighting.
Game needs sprays, flashlights, NV and free roam camera, I would also like character selection just because they are things I'm so used to in CS
With all these factions I'm guessing that what we are seeing in the beta is only a small fraction of what will be in the game when it comes out.
