Seriously, what the fuck? I personally can't see how the music is "tacticool", besides, I think CS:S is quite plain without the music, that's what makes CS:GO more interesting.

Probably that kind of music that you see in those movies and series with commanders and special ops people/operators/whateverators doing special missions and bla bla bla.
I guess it needs images to go with it and actually make it "sound tacticool" though. I usually call that kind of music "infiltration music" where a guy acts all suspicious and tries to be incognito and stealthy.
The COD soundtrack from MW and MW2 are priceless anyway.
