Haven't been this excited about a Valve game since Portal 2.
Ugh, what the fuck. On shorttrain, if I'm near the bomb site and shoot I lag/stutter. Scratch that, I almost always stutter now.
The Deagle flip is back?! THIS GAME IS PERFECT IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY.
I'm speechless after reading the comments on the Steam forums, they are complaining like its the end of the world because of a few performance issues after a huge patch.

When there's an enemy, I stutter and lose the gunfight.[/QUOTE] That's exactly my problem, I'm in the middle of shooting and when I'm about to turn my crosshair onto my enemy's head, it lags for a second or something and I presume I stand still, because I'm dead after the lag even though I should have merced his ass. Also, does anyone else feel like they're getting shot when on your screen you should have already been out of sight? This has been happening to me too often after the update where I quickly turn a corner but somehow get shot when my model couldn't possibly have been touched at that moment. And it's not bullet penetration either; they're "shooting through" solid buildings. And I know it's not on my end; this happens even on a local game.

If I recall correctly, there was one area in 5D Space with rows of pillars, and in between some of these pillars was a "portal" leading into a different overlapping room. It truly boggles the mind. I'm so glad that we finally have new Source faces now people can finally stop using those old fucking HL2 citizen heads for their models, their textures are low-resolution and outdated
The game plays sooo much better now all the little tweaks since the first iteration of the beta have really made such a huge difference.
