Movement speed is still 250/units per second, if anything it is an improvement as the friction and acceleration is changed. Update didn't change mouse.

There are no official maps they'd fit in right now. They might come back in a future update (that's my guess.)

Did you read the patch notes/actually play the game after the update? The movement is faster and smoother than ever, and the mouse works fine.
A 1.9 GB update with a ton of bug fixes and adjustments, many of them based on community feedback, plus lots of other cool shit (factions, new voices, scoreboard) and you sum it up as "this update sucks."
Honestly, I think I'd hate being a game dev.

What if you want to use Pirates in a map that doesn't have a crashed truck? Damn it.
