It's really unreliable.

thing is I have a 100mb/s dl link but a 5mb/s upload so i guess it balances out?
virgin media is really a great thing, though. With other providers and indeed with virgin only up until recently was the service pretty intermittent. Comparatively slow, too.
I feel like I've been spoiled with all these people talking about <1mb/s connections.
