I think it means you still get a slot on the server assigned to you while you download, so it can't get full and kick you.

The CS:GO will become available on 21st as usual, you just paid earlier to have 7 days in the beta.

separate games so unfortunately unless they do something weird with the games it'll PROBABLY mean we have to redownload the actual CS:GO

Son of a bitch, the reason why I was getting 600 KB download speed is because I was downloading from fucking canada. God damnit, now that its set to dallas I've got 1.7 MB speed.
