Is it bugging out because I have the beta or something?

-will silencers be added?
-can I turn off quickswitch?
-are all the maps in yet or is it a sampler list until the full game's released?
-is the zeus not obtainable yet?

1, they said it will be added before release on the m4, usp is removed IIRC

If it is I can't find it, I'm talking about how just rolling the mousewheel will switch weapons. I've always hated that, I like how it is in every single other Source game, where you have to roll and click to switch weapons. Maybe it's called something different, or maybe there's a console command for it?

Steam just gave me the "Thanks For Pre-purchasing CS:GO" pop-up, got me excited for a second.
Going to put my preorder down tonight, find the map selection kind of disappointing though, unless they're adding quite a few more in the full release.
There was an update yesterday and now I cant open model viewer in the CSGO SDK. Can anyone else confirm?

Any additional maps are being added after release, gabe in an interview mentioned vertigo and there are hints of other maps like militia and assault in the files and translations.

Militia i dont think will be added, wasnt it unpopular and was based on one of the original developers house? Assault someone found in the txt as a dlc map, compound i dont even remember, cbble isnt being added as far as we know
I hope Assault comes back soon. I have very fond memories of that level.
Militia was always my favorite because it was gorgeous. I was looking forward to seeing it in the glory of the new engine. I also liked Compound, even though I don't think I've ever seen it played on a multiplayer server. It was less popular than Havana.
Yeah, I'm not surprised Millitia isn't coming back. While I liked it it was a pretty poorly designed map, and rather unpopular too. I did like the whole feel of the map though, something I loved about defending a rural house from CTs.
Launching CS:GO without Assault would be criminal though.
I really hope VIP is there.

I was getting this too. I was trying to win it on Steam Gifts but it said it was in my account... but then just a little bit ago I was greeted with this:

Don't think so, I got the same popup, but the AWP hasnt been added to my Steam inventory, not sure if I have to launch the game first though. Would be nice if they atleast gave the AWP out to beta testers.

Well it's weird if they aren't. It says I already own it on the store as well...
I'm about to start up TF2 and see if I got that new sniper.
EDIT: No new sniper in TF2 for me. I guess there's a weird glitch with people with BETA access.

I haven't played with other people yet but occasionally it'll take, I shit you not, 4 backstabs to kill bots. Most of the time it's the regular one-hit kill but sometimes I'll stab them twice, hear the noise and see the blood, they'll turn around and pop me and it'll say they've got 100% health. Not sure if it's a glitch or some stupid artificial difficulty thing.
