Hey guys, just bought the game and installing the beta.
What is the best download server to download from to get stable speeds? I live in North East Florida and Miami goes from 200 KB/s to 600 KB/s randomly. Ukraine goes from 60 KB/s to 600 KB/s randomly. Is Atlanta/any other US servers good for constant speeds? My top speed is 600.
I suck at this game.

I switch San Jose and Sacramento around and they have never really failed me (of course on big updates use Ukraine). I always get a constant 1.5 - 2.5 mb/s download. Then again I'm close to both of them so it might be that.

Pretty sure you can't color weapons, only hats.

Had a few lovely rounds today, ended it all with being kicked for teamkilling.
Loving CS:GO a lot so far, definitely my favourite of the 3.

1. To get that pre order weapon in TF2
2. To actually play and get better in CS
So, I'm guessing begging for it here will not work, eh?
I'm hoping they add left leaning and right leaning animations for surf, if you know what I mean, that'd look neat. They're really tending to the community on this one.

It being less than 10 euros will not work.
I got no money left. Plus, due to some private shit, I can't ask my mom to buy it for me either.
So, begging is the only way and, as you said, it will probably not work.
Well, I played for about 4 hours and then I got a bluescreen. Not sure what happened.
I love this game though. That Mag7 shotgun is super overpowered and no one uses it. I recommend it a bunch on cs_office, I went 15 and 2 with it lol.

no it turns out that the gift was actually the beta and only the beta.
it took a few trades and one tf2outpost report later, and i got the actual game now.

Why would you want less color for the sake of it being different, wouldn't you want a nice, colorful game where you can distinguish enemies and say "this looks nice" at the expense of it looking like a previous titles?

As a T you should pick a vantage point where you can see the bomb at all times, preferably not out in the open of course.
Instead of seeing it hide behind something and wait until you hear one of them defusing/walking close to you. Much better then being able to see the bomb because they won't be able to see you, at all. When you are looking at the bomb there is always a chance a ct might spot you.

There are various spots where they won't instantly see you, but you can clearly see them; easy pickings
But yes, if you have good headphones you can hide somewhere where you can hear defusal and peek out
It was a stupid move on my part since I planted then left the bomb site to like 6 of my teammates, we out numbered them so I assumed they could take them, when I was half way doing a whole lap around the map I saw that all my teammates somehow got gunned down by like two dudes. I ran as quickly as I could with knife out, but not fast enough..
the fuck is with the beeping noise on de_train.
