No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
Go back to your mw3 then this game is about aiming not HURR DURR SPRAY AND PRAY 360 HELICOPTER KILLSTREAK
No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
All you did was complain you got killed constantly without mentioning any actual objective flaws AKA you're saying it sucks because you suck
I'm noticeably better at CSGO than I was at CSS. Your argument is hardly valid.
No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
I'm not defending it blindly because Valve made it or because it's CS. I'm defending it because I actually have fun with the game itself. I used to think the gun handling was bad, it's not bad, it's just different which isn't a bad thing.
They made weapons course for people like you.
I read that sentence. But heard this. "Dey made weapons course fo people like chu"
I'm noticeably better at CSGO than I was at CSS. Your argument is hardly valid.
Yeah I never got even slightly decent at CSS, but I usually do really well in CSGO Probably because even the CS vets are having to get used to the new stuff
I don´t know if someone said it in those 238 pages, but the training course is available too. Reminds a bit COD4.

So I heard that the stats and achievements weren't reset after the beta, is that true? I haven't bought the game yet, but when I do will my previous stats be back?
No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
I know that it is really frustrating for newcomers to the series to get the hang of it all. Basically, I've had my fair share of moments where the bullets seem to decide to not fire down my crosshair, when I am ducking, standing still, and only to have the spray where I am not used to, decide to hit everything around the enemy except for himself, which in return, will always end in a perfectly accruate bullet back to the head. Truth is, after playing for a while, you start to get the feel of the guns right. Know which gun is handy at which range and how accruate they are.
So I heard that the stats and achievements weren't reset after the beta, is that true? I haven't bought the game yet, but when I do will my previous stats be back?
Yep.
No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
oh my god not this again Look, you can't hit anybody because you obviously haven't learned how to burst yet. CS:GO is actually the EASIEST game to burst in, just turn on static crosshair. Static crosshair is much easier to use in my opinion than dynamic. Go to the weapons course, you'll learn how to burst fire. You say you burst but I really doubt it, because in CS:GO bursting is almost dead-on to where your crosshair is. Plus I really doubt people were spraying from far away, unless you were standing completely still and let them empty their gun on you. Also "hurr durr CS/Valve" doesn't help your case.
All you did was complain you got killed constantly without mentioning any actual objective flaws AKA you're saying it sucks because you suck
Uh, I did? And you guys went straight to insulting because you have to defend. AKA, the same exact thing CoD Fanboys do with CoD that you all hate so much. Regardless, since you can't read, I'll say it again. The bullets shoot over the cross hair when spraying and praying and never deviate away from the top of the crosshair. Despite the dynamic reticle telling me "this is how far your spread is", it goes much higher, and its never random. It's just locked straight to the top. If I ever want to spray and pray kill someone at close range I have to shoot their legs because the bullets go up and hit their head. Despite me having this issue, people seem to spray and pray me from long distances constantly. And I lose to them despite the fact I'm using short controlled bursts or tap the fire button. Hell I just literally missed someone at point blank with an AK while spraying and praying. How the fuck does that even happen? It's either something with the bullet spread or the his registration because it's crazy. I have none of these issues in CSS either.
Yeah I never got even slightly decent at CSS, but I usually do really well in CSGO Probably because even the CS vets are having to get used to the new stuff
They actually made the hitboxes smaller. There was a blog post on counter-strike.net about it, but that site is broken as dicks right now. Either way, there were a lot of balance changes for the better and if you don't like this game then you're wrong and I don't like you. QED.
http://steamcommunity.com/groups/fpcsgo
Shite, thanks mate.
Every time I try and join a server with a custom map it says Joining Lobby for ages then says the session is no longer available, and if I try to join through the console it says I can only join the server through a lobby. Infuriating. Happening to anyone else?
I know that it is really frustrating for newcomers to the series to get the hang of it all. I spent a good few hours getting angry at the game thinking that a lot of the gunplay was bullshit, but I've actually gotten used to how the guns handle and am now able to do fairly well, it's just so different from all the other popular FPS' that it caught me off-guard. I'm loving CS:GO.
Also, the silencers and the sprays aren´t available yet. Hope the incoming update add them.
Regardless, since you can't read, I'll say it again. The bullets shoot over the cross hair when spraying and praying and never deviate away from the top of the crosshair. Fuck me, I spent $10 on pizza yesterday and now I don't have the $15 to buy CS:GO.
The dynamic crosshair isn't that accurate, to be honest.
Classic Static FTW
When spraying you have to aim down, it always has been like that in Counter-Strike. And if people are killing you by spraying from afar I'd like to know how many clips it took them.
When spraying you have to aim down, it always has been like that in Counter-Strike. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTxTb1wl9As Now it's more like straight up.
This game fucking blows. I don't get why I die half the time. I use short, controlled bursts, and I still lose to people spraying and praying from far away. But when I try to spray and pray, my bullets stay locked and bound shooting above my crosshair shooting a fucking arc way over my crosshair. What the fuck man?
This isn't Red Orchestra feel free to run around the map at full speed with a sawed off or something. Just an fyi if you were playing it like it's a swat sim. Edit: I see you liked CSS. Why are you having a hard time? I sucked at CSS, played this, went back to CSS and did well. The transition isn't that big.
I just saw that you can turn the viewmodels to Classic mode aswell.
No I'm saying it sucks because it sucks. But you know, suck it off and blindly defend it because hurr durr CS/Valve.
No, it's you that suck at CS:GO, not the game. I don't see anyone here blindly defending CS or Valve. CS and Valve deserves our defense because it is a great game, made by an even greater company. If you can't accept that then don't play, or come bitching about it. The time you spent here bitching about how bad you are at the game could have been time spent improving your skill in the game.
